Our dream is finally coming to fruition! Chad and I (Stacia) have invested hundreds of hours on this wonderful building. Built in 1952, it fulfilled its intention of being a full service Gas Station. Pure Oil was the Logo after many years, changed to Union 76. It was a local hangout, a car wash, chainsaw repair, housing for a boat, car repair shop, and much more!

The stories of this building have been Grand. Especially coming from Reece Smith the former business owner. He retired and closed the doors in 2006. Since then, the building has been vacant. In 2022, this amazing place became available to us and we took the leap! Below you will see many pictures as we renovated until today.
